Is it just me, or does Lindsay look like she's looking behind the vampire in that panel?

Umm . . . regarding the conversation in the comments over who shot the bad guy. Those shots are coming from the direction of Lindsey, unless bad guy turned to face someone else before that last panel.

And as those of us in the RPG know, not all shots must come from a gun . . .

I think that the destroyer willed the bullets into existence. (the "help police this guy is going to kill me" was just her breaking the 4th wall to f#@k with the readers)

Actually, the dude is advancing on Lindsey, which means he is facing her. The exit trajectory on the bullets are forward showing that they came from behind.

We'll be sending in David Caruso to verify.

Maybe that the shots came from behind. I certainly thought they came from behind but I guess we could also have presumed that she pulled the curtain asside to reveal Sawyer on the bed with a gun *shrug*.

I figured that good old Scarlip got shot from behind. I could give a boring bit about hollow points mushrooming and what not, but it's a pretty common thing in most media for exit wounds to be much larger then entry wounds. Sometimes to levels completely and totally unrealistic!

I still stand by Wilson being the shooter, and he's gonna have a "OMG" moment before becoming vampire chow. Being that I'm evil and everything I can sometimes guess plot directions with startling accuracy. And sometimes I can't resist to open my mouth in spite of obvious risk to my alter-ego.

As for any thoughts it might be an Insider, I figure that the Dave's have a very specific plot at the moment. Insiders can be background scenery easy enough, but the introduction of our own little mythology isn't for the faint of heart and would probably require an issue all it's own to fully explain it to the non-RPG'ers. I imagine (and fervently hope) that later on we may show up on occasion and be more then handsome one-eyed scenery bitches; but it would be a pain to work us in any other major role aside from looking VERY angry at MommaH. Though I imagine it would be a delightful surprise to be proven wrong

I'm picturing the Fencer, sitting there and cooking a marshmellow or two off of the heat from Hydra's spell. *lol*

I don't think they're gonna kill Sawyer. I seem to remember one of the Daves mentioning that he's got some history which they'll probably be bringing out in a later season.

They've certainly gained themselves some damn good contacts though. The Insiders, Sawyer for the police, Paul the M.E. and Jackson in the law office. All great allies to give them information and assistance in finding and solving new cases they face in the future.

All the years I've been reading comics told me thems were exit wounds. Either Sawyer was roused out of his coma by Scarlip's chanting or Wilson wanted to kill Lindsey herself.
