How did Lindsay go from high school to student to Jack Bauer so fast?

It's like Rambo said, "When you're pushed, killing's as easy as breathing." Regardless though, there's more to Lindsey than we've revealed so far. She might not be as hardcore as you might think.

Well, from memory, Charon is an Auto-Mechanic

EDIT: well, it says she's a skilled automobile mechanic. Not that she's employed as one, but it makes sense to me *shrug*

it would also explain a friendship between Charon and LinLin's parents. (at least her dad)

Just found it a bit weird, that she went from high school kid to someone fully ready to mouth off to someone she should be grateful to.

Um, isn't that every high school kid? No offense to any high schoolers out there, I'm not much past that myself. As a whole, us "young people" mouth off to people all the time. And as for the fact that she should be grateful to them? Well, did you ever mouth off to your mom? I know I did. And I know I should have been grateful to her for . . . . well, everything.

My point is, it's very typical for this age bracket.

If Charon works at the same auto shop Lindsey's parents run, then maybe Lindsey had Charon teach her how to kick ass. Alternatively, she could have embraced the Asian stereotype and is secretly a ninja.

Or maybe Lindsey is a complete psychopath. Have you seen how rapidly changing her emotions are in her early appearances, often far more extreme shifts than a normal person would have? Hell, she almost ripped Jack's eyes out once. I would be scared of Lindsey if I went to high school with her.

Or we could simply be dealing with a Comic Book reality suspention of Disbelief moment. Sure, in the 'real' world your average high School girl doesn't tap into her inner ninja and start offing evil cultists, but nor do Mages blow up pancake shoppes or Mother/Daughter teams with matching tattoos suddenly become the living embodiment of an ancient god. Sure, that's a depressing thought, but we're dealing with fantasy, so not everything needs to be 'real'.

Other hand, few people can handle a gun as well as LinLin without training, so I'm guessing she's trained, maybe some kind of sleeper agent.

Then real Lindsey can come back, and Clone Lindsey and Real Lindsey will fight, and it'll seem like Real Lindsey won, but the one we thought was real was actually the clone, and the real one will get thrown down a smokestack, and then I guess another clone with a scar will show up and be really emo for awhile, and eventually the whole thing will get so absurd that it'll be retconned away as a plot by the Green Goblin.
