I just look really pissed off, probably because I didn't get to shoot anything. Also because Chrissy is pushing me out of the way. Not a smart thing to do to somebody in a bad mood already!

Misty Snow has never really been in control of her own body. Over the years, the MH entity has used it as a puppet, and now that it's gone, Misty is going to have to learn to walk, talk, and be human all over again.

@Tink: Thats an interesting thought. That she's taken a complete memory loss and needs to learn everything over again.

I love the clincher with Misty having her mother's green eyes rather than Mother Hydra's yellow ones. Although that still leaves us with two things.

1. Does Mistletoe Snow still have any of Mother Hydra's power, even if she doesn't have her knowledge or isn't controlled by her?
2. Is there any significance in the fact that Christmas is a Deep One Offspring and the fact her daughter would then be 1/4 deep one?

I've still gotta say that I LOVE Mother Hydra/Mistletoe as a nemesis and I hope she's not completely gone. I seriously still can't think of a better one out there who isn't a copy/complement of some existing villian (Harley Quinn) or a semi-good guy.

hmm, i think someone had posted somethig earlier abot the glowy eye colors meaning something, like alex's blue glow, crotchcannon's eyes being red, an mordecais eyes being green? (with being magic, demonic and psychic respectively)

I just took a look at sawyers "special" eye, and it glowed red too.

There actually are several different colors and even shades of those colors to take into context. I don't think I'm spoiling anything here by revealing this, so here's how it works down. Also bear in mind that eye glows do not always count as energy. Creatures like the Deep Ones have glowing eyes and have powers, but they are not magical creatures.

Blue is Tapestry energy, working within the boundaries of the universe.
Red is Chaos energy, working outside the boundaries of the universe.
Green is Psychic energy, working within the boundaries of one's self.
Gold is... Special and unique energy.

Also, just because someone uses a certain type of energy, doesn't immediately dictate their allegiance. It just means that's the energy that they're using.

Ooh, ooh, what if their eyes are rainbow-colored? Does that make them "fabulous"?

Seriously though, can a critter swap eye-colors, or are they dedicated to a single energy? (barring life-changing events, that is) Just curious.

They can't swap eye colors anymore than we can swap eye colors. Some of the glowing you see in the eyes of some characters is a physical thing similar to an owl or a cat and not exactly magical.

@Spring: I didn't bother translating some of the later runes. But I have worked out that the Daves have a letter system for those Elder Symbols across the Zatura sword and the Shadow Knuckle buster. But I only know the letters: ABCHIRTUZ
