I am by no means an expert on copyright law but I believe you would have only broken them had you presented the photos as your own, without the website. Now, had you scanned the pictures after you had paid for them then that is a different thing.
If you were to publish the pictures, then you would have to cite who had taken them so that they would get the credit.
But as you have not even tried to falsify the origins of the pictures and, indeed, provided the links to the company, I would see that you had done nothing illegal. If anything, you are providing them a service by giving them free advertising.
Normally you'd say (as even you did) that one ought to be forwarned because you take bad pictures (something one could inference from your statements) but, after having reviewed them, you admit they are quite good, an admittance that could be given entirely to the photographer rather than to your own personal photogenic abilities.
So, yeah, I think you're safe.
